- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I requested a quote for a repair to my sisters window, stating that it was just a fault with the lock. They said they would have a look and quote the price. They did, so, (today) and quoted £48, and took the mechanism away. When he returned an hour later, and replaced the mechanism, he asked for £68. When challenged, he said that the original price did not unclude the fitting. He left with £65, as this was all my sister had in her purse.
